Louise Hennon

A graduate of the Sciences Po Law School, Louise Hennon trained with leading corporate law firms and international companies in Hong Kong and London.

 

She practiced business litigation for six years at BG2V before founding BHR Avocats in 2024.

 

In 2023, she was elected Secretary of the Conférence of the Paris Bar, an institution that annually brings together twelve lawyers selected through an eloquence competition, tasked with providing emergency criminal defense in sensitive criminal and correctional cases.

 

Louise Hennon practices business law as well as commercial, civil, and criminal litigation. She assists her clients in negotiating their commercial contracts and represents them in disputes before all national courts, particularly in matters of distribution, consumer law, or shareholder disputes.

 

She also specializes in media law, with specific expertise in online liability issues (defamation, cyberbullying, and the liability of content hosts).

 

As part of her commitment to fundamental freedoms, Louise Hennon has also developed expertise in defending activists and advocates. She regularly represents citizens involved in the fight against climate inaction as well as political opponents before criminal courts.
