About

A graduate of Paris II Panthéon-Assas University, the Paris Institute of Criminology, and Aix-Marseille University, Jean-Baptiste Riolacci brings all his skills and dedication to serving his clients.

He worked within the Courts of Appeal of Aix-en-Provence and Paris (Assize Court Division) and received training at two renowned Parisian law firms.

In 2023, he was elected First Secretary of the Conférence of the Paris Bar, an institution that annually brings together twelve lawyers selected through an eloquence competition to handle emergency criminal defense in sensitive criminal and correctional cases.

In criminal law, Jean-Baptiste Riolacci defends the interests of both defendants and victims, including matters related to compensation for bodily harm.

In family law, he handles cases involving contentious or amicable divorces, the determination or modification of child support, the arrangement of visitation and custody rights, and advises his clients on drafting prenuptial agreements.

In immigration law, he has developed specific expertise in residency matters (visas, residence permits, and challenges to OQTF decisions) and also handles litigation cases related to asylum.

He founded the BHR firm in 2024.

He also founded and chairs the association En Répliques, dedicated to theater and improvisation within the Paris Bar and other bars.

He works in French and English, representing his clients' interests throughout the entire country.
